Website and app terms / end-user license agreement
Effective September 9, 2026These terms cover use of the Ameadiate Electric website, customer portal and business administration app. Contact: ameadiate.electric@gmail.com or 912-777-2014.
Permitted use
You may use the website and portal to request services, manage your appointments, review your estimates and invoices, and communicate information relevant to your work. Authorized business users may use the administration app for Ameadiate Electric's operations. This is a limited, nonexclusive permission to use the service, not a transfer of ownership of the software.
Use accurate information and access only records you are entitled to view. Do not share administrator credentials or private portal links, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful material. Provide only content you have permission to share for the requested service.
Service requests and documents
Online price ranges are preliminary estimates. The scope, price, timing, payment requirements and warranties for electrical work are governed by the applicable written estimate or service agreement. Review a document before approving it with your typed name, and contact us promptly about errors. These app terms do not add cancellation fees, deposits or warranties to an electrical-work agreement.
Connected services
Only a person authorized to manage the business account may connect Google Calendar or QuickBooks Online. Connecting an account permits the transfers described in our privacy policy and the connection screen. Third-party services have their own terms and may be unavailable or delayed. Review important appointment and accounting information for accuracy. Website features described as unavailable or not connected cannot be used until setup is complete.
Availability and ending access
We may maintain, update or suspend the service, including to address security problems or misuse. Contact us if you need a copy or correction of your service records. Ending app access or disconnecting a third-party account does not cancel an existing service agreement, erase outstanding invoices, or automatically delete retained records.
We will post changes to these terms with an updated date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
