Information we collect and why
We collect information you provide through service requests, booking forms, estimates and customer portals. This can include your name, phone number, email, service address, requested service, appointment details, project descriptions and notes. We use it to respond to requests, schedule work, prepare estimates and invoices, and maintain service records. Estimate approvals record the typed name and approval time.
Our business records may include job notes, project images, testimonials and billing status. Please avoid submitting passwords, card numbers or unrelated sensitive information in forms or notes.
The website uses session cookies for administrator sign-in. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and error logs to operate and protect the service.
Service providers and connected accounts
Render hosts the website, database, uploaded files and backups. Authorized business users can access records to manage requests and services. We may disclose records when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights and investigate misuse.
When the business connects Google Calendar, new website appointments are sent to the selected calendar. Events include service, date and time, customer name, phone, service address and submitted notes. Connection tokens are stored so the website can maintain authorized access. The current integration creates events; it does not import the owner's existing calendar into the website. The account owner can revoke access in their Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access does not itself erase previously created events or business records.
QuickBooks Online integration is being prepared and is not currently active. If enabled, it will use the business owner's authorization to exchange the customer and invoice information needed for bookkeeping, including contact details, service descriptions, totals and record identifiers. We will describe the implemented transfers before activation. We do not collect the owner's Intuit password. Access can be revoked through the connected-app controls in QuickBooks Online.
Online card payment is not currently enabled. If activated, checkout will be handled by a payment provider, and this policy will be updated to identify the provider and information exchanged before use.
We do not sell personal information or use connected Google or QuickBooks information for advertising.
Retention, security and your choices
Website records do not automatically disappear after an appointment. We retain records as needed for service, bookkeeping, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Backups can retain earlier copies after a record changes or is removed. Disconnecting a provider stops authorized access but does not automatically delete records already held by either service.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for applicable obligations. We use access controls and secure connections, but no system can guarantee complete security. Keep private customer-portal links confidential, since possession of a link permits access to its records.
Policy changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
